Software Group launched a DFA solution with Sandah in Egypt

8 May, 2018, Sofia, Bulgaria - Software Group and Temenos launched a project with Sandah, a greenfield microfinance institution in Egypt, to fully digitize their operations and introduce shorter loan approval service time. Digital Field Application (DFA) implemented by Software Group and integration with Temenos T24 Microfinance and Community Banking Suite (MCB) will be at the heart of this improvement.

With the DFA solution loan officers of Sandah are able to perform operations such as client onboarding and loan origination directly in the field. T24 MCB that is also implemented by Software Group allows the instant communications between the field officers of the MFI and the back office.
