Q: How do I apply for positions with Software Group?

You can filter our available career opportunities by location, job families or keyword. Once you find one that excites you, click on 'apply' to start your application. You will be asked to complete a candidate profile and upload a CV or resume file to our online application system.
Please make sure you qualify for the role before applying. You may apply for positions in multiple locations, but applying for positions you do not qualify for won’t increase your chances, and will likely raise a red flag within the recruiting team.

You can make a general application. We would invite you to submit your details using our general profile feature. Our company is growing and there is a good chance that an opportunity requiring your skills and experience will be available in the future. We will compare your skills and experience with our ongoing requirements and will be able to contact you when a suitable opportunity arises.

It’s possible that multiple people will see your application materials. Writing “Dear Recruiting team” or “To whom it may concern” is just fine.

Either our recruiting team in your country does not currently have any open positions or Software Group does not have a presence in that particular country.
Q: How will I know if my application has been received?
After submitting your resume, you will receive a "Thank You" message advising your application will be processed. You will also receive a system-generated e-mail to confirm receipt of your application.
If your candidate profile and application meet the qualifications for a selected position, a recruiter will be in contact with you as soon as possible.
Occasionally, those candidates who create a general profile will be matched to open positions based on their qualifications. A recruiter may contact you as new positions become available.

Our application process varies depending on the type of role you are applying for and which country it is based in. Most commonly once you have submitted your application, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. The interview process can often include multiple interviews with a variety of Software Group representatives. Q: What are the steps in Software Group 's hiring process?
Step 1: Online Application
To apply for a position at Software Group, complete the online application / profile form. This will provide us with details of your relevant skills and experience. It is important to complete the application form correctly to ensure it can be submitted successfully. Step 2: Interview with a Recruiter
Typically the first interviews with applicants are conducted by an HR recruiter. This initial conversation will determine your suitability and availability for future employment opportunities at Software Group. As part of the process you may be asked to complete job specific tests. Other details such as your eligibility to work in the selected country will also be discussed.
On the other side this interview will be your opportunity to ask questions about working at Software Group. If the recruiter feels your qualifications and experience qualify you to proceed in the hiring process, your application and initial interview results are then provided to the hiring manager for review.
Step 3: Interviews with Hiring Manager and Team Members

Software Group does not close a position until it has been filled. At that time, the position will be removed from the website.

We're really sorry but due to the amount of applications we receive each day, we can't always give individual feedback in the first stages of our application process. Your application will be reviewed, and someone on the recruiting team will reach out directly if they would like to schedule an interview. If there is no follow up on your application for the time being, we will contact you should an opening that fits your expertise appear within a year, after that a new application will have to be made for an open position.

Q: What is the company dress code?
There is no companywide requirement of a dress code. Most of our colleagues, based on their occupation prefer casual or smart casual, while colleagues in a more representative role such as sales reps or members of the administration abide with smart casual to formal attire.
